PATROL
PATROL DIVISION
The Winchester Police Patrol Division is commanded by Captain J. Butch Best. The patrol component is responsible for all uniform services within the city limits. There are eighteen uniformed patrolmen and four sergeants assigned to the division. Specialized units that fall under patrol include:
- Motorcycle Unit
- Bike Patrol
- DARE
- Traffic Enforcement
