COMMUNICATIONS CENTER
The central part of any communities emergency services is the communications center. The Winchester/Clark County 911 center is located in the Winchester Police Department. It is staffed by ten communications officers and one communications supervisor, with someone available to the public 24-7. The communications officers coordinate services with the:
